Shipping

1. Shipping

  1. All products will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur via DHL Express, with insurance and tracking.
  2. We use DHL Express for a vast majority of shipments. From time to time, we may use other courier services such as Fedex, UPS etc.
  3. For watches and other high value shipments, we always ship with Signature Required. This means that DHL or the courier, will require a signature or authorisation from the customer at the time of delivery. This signature is considered proof of delivery and at this point, the insurance cover will stop, warranty will be active and responsibility for purchased goods passes to the buyer.
  4. To ensure watches are delivered safely and promptly, we are unable to accommodate requests to have watches shipping via EMS or regular post.

2. Insurance

  1. For brand new watches and products, shipments are always insured for the full retail value.
  2. For service and repair watches, shipments are insured for the original retail price unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Tax/Duties

  1. Our pricing excludes any taxes, duties and levies, except for deliveries to Malaysia.
  2. Any taxes, duties and levies are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Any applicable taxes are calculated by the relevant customs authority during the import and will be invoiced to the buyer by DHL or the customs authority. Payment should be made directly to the invoicing entity.
  4. If additional documents or information is required for customs processing, please reach out to us at hello@ming.watch and we’ll do our best to assist.
  5. As duties, taxes and regulations vary from country to country and change over time, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for the most accurate and up to date information.

4. Restrictions

  1. Our apologies but at this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.
  2. We are also unable to ship watches to Turkey with a strap attached as prevailing customs regulations require extensive testing of any leather straps imported into Turkey. The cost and time of this procedure is significant and not something we recommend buyers undertake.
  3. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For special delivery requests, we suggest contacting us at least 1 week before the expected shipment date to ensure we have sufficient time to try and accommodate your request.
