Straps are considered consumable and therefore not eligible for returns. Exchanges are only possible if the strap arrives damaged and this is brought to our notice within 48 hours of delivery.‍

Our Elastogator straps are ideal for those who prefer the look of a traditional alligator leather strap but without the concerns of the source of the leather, CITES restrictions etc. These straps are made from natural rubber (cautchouc) and Alcantara. This strap is designed to fit all MING watches with a 22mm lug width. If you're uncertain about the lug width on your watch, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
