1. Orders are considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.
2. Items will be delivered only after all outstanding balances are paid.
3. Cancellations are not possible after a watch has shipped.
4. Deposits may be non-refundable and may vary from product to product. Please refer to the product page or order information at the time of order for details.
5. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by us within 7 working days.
1. Shipping restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.
2. All products will be shipped with insurance and tracking.
3. The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by Horologer MING.
4. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes, duties and levies.
5. For deliveries to Malaysia and Switzerland, we will collect applicable taxes at the time of balance payment and items will be delivered with all taxes included.
1. Each watch comes with a limited warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The duration can be found on the documentation that accompanies each watch.
2. Watches serviced by the customer or a third party will not be covered by our warranty.
3. Wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
4. In case of a warranty claim, or service request, please email us at hello@ming.watch.
5. Horologer MING will bear shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping for out of warranty service will be borne by customers.
1. Watches may be returned in unused and unworn conditions, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment
2. Horologer MING will refund the full price paid minus a restocking fee of CHF 125.
3. Straps are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are final once shipped.

The origins of this watch, like most things we do at MING, begin with curiosity, and asking ‘What If?’ and ‘Why Not’. MT and Praneeth were chatting one day and MT wonders if we should produce one monopusher in the tantalum case and the rose gold dial, and Praneeth goes “why not?”. Fast forward many months and the watch makes it from our watchmaker’s desk in La Chaux de Fond to MT’s in Kuala Lumpur and we liked it so much, a couple of members of the team harangued MT into making a few more for their personal collections. In the spirit of the Special Projects, we also wanted to share this with our collectors and community.
