1. Orders are considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.
2. Items will be delivered only after all outstanding balances are paid.
3. Cancellations are not possible after a watch has shipped.
4. Deposits may be non-refundable and may vary from product to product. Please refer to the product page or order information at the time of order for details.
5. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by us within 7 working days.
1. Shipping restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.
2. All products will be shipped with insurance and tracking.
3. The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by Horologer MING.
4. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes, duties and levies.
5. For deliveries to Malaysia and Switzerland, we will collect applicable taxes at the time of balance payment and items will be delivered with all taxes included.
1. Each watch comes with a limited warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The duration can be found on the documentation that accompanies each watch.
2. Watches serviced by the customer or a third party will not be covered by our warranty.
3. Wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
4. In case of a warranty claim, or service request, please email us at [email protected].
5. Horologer MING will bear shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping for out of warranty service will be borne by customers.
1. Watches may be returned in unused and unworn conditions, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment
2. Horologer MING will refund the full price paid minus a restocking fee of CHF 125.
3. Straps are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are final once shipped.
4. Please refer to the product page for the eligibility and terms of returns for other products.

Please note that the pre-orders for the Tantalum bracelet will be delivered approximately 6 months from when orders are placed.
Bracelets are considered consumable and therefore not eligible for returns. Exchanges are only possible if the bracelet arrives damaged and this is brought to our notice within 48 hours of delivery.
There is no mechanical warranty for bracelets, however if any mechanical issues arise and are brought to our notice via email within seven (7) days of delivery, we will take care of it.

Designed by MING and realised by the machining expertise of J.N. Shapiro, the AHA tantalum bracelet is available in a 20mm curved end to fit tantalum watches from the AHA member brands. The AHA tantalum bracelet is extremely challenging to execute due to the shape, number of links and machining time required. It is made to order with a satin brush finish.
