1. Orders are considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.
2. Items will be delivered only after all outstanding balances are paid.
3. Cancellations are not possible after a watch has shipped.

5. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by us within 7 working days.
1. Shipping restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and North Korea due to prevailing import/export regulations.
2. All products will be shipped with insurance and tracking.
3. The buyer or their appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is evidence of the date of delivery and fulfillment by Horologer MING.
4. Prices are shown exclusive of taxes, duties and levies.
5. For deliveries to Malaysia and Switzerland, we will collect applicable taxes at the time of balance payment and items will be delivered with all taxes included.
1. Each watch comes with a limited warranty against mechanical and manufacturing defects. The duration can be found on the documentation that accompanies each watch.
2. Watches serviced by the customer or a third party will not be covered by our warranty.
3. Wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.

5. Horologer MING will bear shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping for out of warranty service will be borne by customers.
1. Watches may be returned in unused and unworn conditions, sealed, with the all original accompanying packaging and accessories within two (2) weeks of receipt of the original shipment
2. Horologer MING will refund the full price paid minus a restocking fee of CHF 125.
3. Straps are not eligible for returns. All strap sales are final once shipped.

We created the carbon fibre watch storage cases as part of our 5th anniversary celebrations in 2023. They were intended to be special one-off for the giveaway only, but having received a lot of requests to order one, we decided to make a different version available for purchase: the MING Travel Case, in anthracite maple. It is in stock and ready to ship now.
The travel case was designed and developed exclusively for MING. It can hold seven watches and straps or other accessories across two levels. The slim design means the case can fit in most backpacks and carry-on luggage. It opens flat, allowing for the top half to be used as a display or work area.
The core of the case is composite Okoumé reinforced with fibreglass for lightness and rigidity. It is then clad in an anthracite maple veneer shared with the Japanese-style puzzle boxes we use for the MING 20.01 Series 2 and other special projects. The interior is precision cut high density foam, wrapped in royal blue microfibre suede. Each watch slot will fit a watch up to 43mm in diameter.
